Your bill stays private
- We keep your bill and its results for 30 days, then delete them. A bill whose email isn't confirmed is deleted after a week.
- We keep your contact details and the headline figures (carrier, total, what we found) so our team can follow up.
- We never share your bill or your details with anyone, your carrier included.

About the bill check
- Is the telecom bill check really free?
- Yes. Upload one carrier bill and see what Conduit TEM finds on it. There is no charge and no account needed.
- What kind of bill can I upload?
- The PDF your carrier emails, or a CSV or Excel export from its portal, up to 10 MB.
- What will the bill check show me?
- The carrier, the billing period and the total; your spend by service type and kind of charge; each finding in plain words with its severity; and what the findings add up to each month and each year. If we find nothing, we say so.
- What happens to my bill after the check?
